Order of events:
6:15 | Get sign-ups and waivers out of the way. If you've already paid online, great. Bring waivers, too.
6:30 | Basic safety instructions and info
6:35 | The Warm-Up
6:40 | The Workout
7:00 | The Panting, Sweating, and Recovery
